4. Appointments & Cancellations

To ensure smooth scheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee.

  • If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lock‑out fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property.

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity, HVAC) are available.

  • Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas.

  • Notify us of any pre‑existing damage, hazards, or special conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours, and

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not apply to stains or conditions that are permanent, structural, or outside the scope of cleaning.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include:

Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Liability & Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
